I googled "mcshay draft rankings qb" and the espn article came up but said insider

I just took it from http://insider.espn.go.com/nfl/draft/positions/_/id/8/year/2013/quarterback. Because it's all i could find.

I could be wrong but i thought mcshay had him as the 5th best Senior.

They also have Pugh as the 41st overall prospect. Shamarko as 72nd

On CBS, Nassib is #11 at QB, Pugh #10 at OT and ShamWOW #10 at SS.

Another site (forget which one, might be waltercamp) has him rated #5 and a sleeper. Forecasted as 2-3 round.
