Holding would be prior to the tip. PI is after. However looking at the replay it looked like the hold was after or at least concurrent to the tip.

It was a pretty blatant hold

You can hold all you want after the ball is tipped. Had he held him before the tip then yes the hold negates the tip. However the hold came at the same time it was tipped going off those replays. Bad call.

This is reminding me of the Cal/Miami game, and the officiating there. We've gotta find a way to overcome likely a few more egregious calls, it's going to be borderline impossible. But McCord is good enough, so maybe.
