Michigan State/Louisville ... in-game thread....

Somebody puked over the railing onto members of the media at halftime. It's gross, but kinda funny, ironic at the same time.

Did they hit Pat Forde?

Hit a couple louisville media members. Aposrently missed Forde by just a bit.

5 fouls on UL in the last 90 seconds...Michigan State is going to live on the FT line.

The confusing thing to me is this - exactly what is the difference between the foul against UL on the last possession and what just happened when Gill went to the rim? Except they were riding Gill's hip longer...

This game is just hard to get interested in right now for me... Not sure if it's the announcing, the teams, or the actual start of game time...
I think it's the teams. I don't think either one has big national interest this year. Plus the two games yesterday were so great ... between four very good teams. Hard act to follow. Let's see what kind of vibe Duke/Gonzaga gets.

Michigan State over/under on foul shots the rest of the game?

Harrell is not getting the BS fouls that Sparty is getting. UL has made 2 FGs this entire half both off Rozier steals. UL can't shoot like they did in the first half and State is destroying on them on offense.

Game management by the refs. Izzo is the favorite darling of the NCAA. If Louisville wins it means the refs failed to do their job.

Lol literally every MSU foul negates a Ville basket. I know it's not on purpose but my goodness.

lots of green behind the ville bench...

Pitino's kids suck at the zone, so why is he having them playing it.

was thinking the same... so out of control are these officials and their love for certain coaches... total disgrace
This tourney is epic evidence that officials determine the outcomes of games. When two teams are evenly matched you can't say "well they should've done this or that" no, they couldn't because they were evenly matched with the other team. In the end the refs have influenced every game I've watched. Whether its a borderline correct call in SMU/UCLA to borderline corrupt officiating like UVA/MSU or the beginning of ND/UK which led to Auguste being a rubber pylon for Towns at the end of the game.

In this game, why is MSU up 6? Because of a 3 minute stretch where Ville committed a foul for everything somehow.
