While I am happy for Mookie and all of his fans, I can't help but wonder in terms of making us better in the future if the garbage time from 7 minutes onward couldn't have been better spent by playing all four guards and have each take turns getting the ball down low to Fab and Rak.

Sometimes I think JB is just too nice in these blowouts.

Too bad he's such a liability on the defensive end. He might be the best 3pt shooter on the team (outside of Cooney).

But even if he could play D, there'd be no PT for him.

I hear you but I think it's important to keep the practice players engaged so that they bring it every day and have a positive attitude. Knowing that they might get into a real game may help there...

Can you imagine ... Scrub time. Up by 28 or 30 with 4-5 minutes. JB clears his bench and wholesale subs the starters...in comes Dion, CJ, MCW, Keita, and Dirty. Hey wait a minute we thought you were putting in your second string ... we are. Really discouraging.

Not all Mookie's fault, but Mookie and Carter-Williams at the top of the zone was a sieve. Neither seemed aware that someone had to defend the high post.
