NBA playoffs: greatest show on Earth

Yeah, I would LOVE for Kanter to opt out. Not sure he's going to.

Look, Lebron isn't coming to the Knicks. If he was, between attaching first round picks and Frank to guys, and possible using the stretch provision, they could probably get there. But he's not coming.

Yes, I forgot about the stretch provision. Can you use the stretch on just one player or can you use it on multiple players.

I think multiple.

Sixers: shook.

Way too many late game turnovers, Simmons offensive rebound and missed short shot when he should’ve pulled it out, but since he didn’t you gotta make that shot.

Exciting game. Philly should’ve had that one though.

Boston had a foul to give. The *only* thing he couldn’t do was what he did. Also, he had some bad passes.

Inexperience versus one of the best coaches in the nba (maybe the best).

He had a missed wide open dunk late in the game too.

Picking up his dribble early looking all uncomfortable. He looked like he wanted no parts of any of that down the stretch. Not good.

Yep. No doubt he’s got a ton of talent, but he’s talked a lot of stuff through these playoffs. For someone that can’t shoot to talk trash and choke... not a great look.

Embiid forcing himself back in when he was gassed only to have Al make some huge plays... same deal. These guys will benefit from the experience in future years

The series is such a mismatch at HC.
Brent Brown is killing Philadelphia and Brad Stevens is amazing in helping Boston.
I didn’t think Boston would win a game in a Philadelphia.
Jayson Tatum has just been outstanding and mature for his age.

LeBron does it again! I am fully on board with Cleveland the rest of the way, assuming Philly can’t come back.

Warriors are the best team and have won enough and have become more and more unlikable.

Houston - Harden. Yuck. Never liked Pringles either.

I don’t root for Boston on principle, even though I actually enjoy their current team.

Utah- I’m still mad about them destroying the Lakers in 97 and especially 98.

LeBron at 33 looks as fresh and athletic as he did at 23, but just way more nuanced and skilled in his game... it's really unbelievable. How a player can have as much mileage as he does playing a ton of MPG and going to SEVEN straight NBA finals is beyond me, dude is a MONSTER and one of the few players to live up to/succeed the hype he had as a high schooler.

Yeah.

I don't really like him though.

Remember when people actually said Melo was better than LeBron?

Freaking amazing what he is doing this season. Unreal. What a talent. Just saw that running bank shot beauty.

Did you hear Stephen A. Smith go off on the Philly HC in his after the game commentary? Just blasted him. I'm not a fan of Smith, too loud and outspoken, but he may have had a point here.
I love Stevens, great coach.

It was debatable early on. Their rookie stats were almost identical. Melo had extremely advanced footwork, offensive skills for such a young player.

And even well into their careers, you could argue Melo was a more dangerous scorer.

Like I said, most Toronto thing ever. Hard to recover after that collapse in game 1, I don't care what anybody says. They straight up collapsed.

Not sure who I want in the Boston/Philly series. Which team has a better chance of beating Cleveland?

Doesn't matter. Houston or Golden St. will smoke Cleveland
