That’s the difference in the game. UVM could have won if they made their foul shots.

Explain why they didn’t review what should have been a flagrant on Arkansas. Explain why they overturned the call to give Arkansas the ball back with 9 seconds left.

Sometimes the refs are just bad and it affects both teams.
