Duke-4What’s the spread in the Duke-UNC game next Saturday?
Always been my opinion that the more upsets you have, the greater the likelihood that one of the power schools will finish on top. The upsets do nothing but clear the field.Shaping up for the worst Final Four possible. Three blue bloods and Nova.
Duke, UNC, Kansas. Yuck.
Coach K vs. Carolina going to suck up all the oxygen.
Great tourney with many great close games until today.
Too bad Duke, UNC, Kansas can't all lose.
Nova the least bad alternative.
NY media is clueless about college hoops. The talking heads are going to hype up the Duke-UNC game as the game of the century. Unfortunately, no one besides those teams’ fans want to see that matchup. Hope the NY media continues to ignore college basketball and talk about the NFL and NBA like they usually do.
That was the last half of college basketball I’ll be watching this season. No interest in what’s coming.Shaping up for the worst Final Four possible. Three blue bloods and Nova.

Imagine if he could keep up?Bacot with 15 rebounds at the half.
the score will likely allow him to rest the last 10 mins or soImagine if he could keep up?
Except the depth and length/grind of season dictates that NBA plays the top players a much smaller % of total minutes. The reason its 5 fouls in college vs. 6 in pro.
NBA 48 minutes/ 6 fouls = 1 foul every 8 minutes before DQ.
College 40 minutes/5 fouls= 1 foul every 8 minutes before DQ.
It’s the same ratio. I don’t think college needs 6 fouls if its only 40 minutes.

We agreed that I believe no matter who won the United Way? Right?Except the depth and length/grind of season dictates that NBA plays the top players a much smaller % of total minutes.
For example LBJ is top 15 all time in minutes per game at only 38. The typical star player in college plays 35+ (unless foul trouble of course)
Also, where should I send my $200 for the donation?
Since 2016 Nova is 18-4-1 against the spread in the NCAAT.I think Nova has firmly ascended to Blue Blood status.
- 3 Championships
- 7 Final Fours
- 15 Elite 8s
- Relevant in every decade since the 1930s
- No sign of slowing down in sight with Wright only 60
Don't disagree and I hope it's a good game. Moore is confirmed out - not sure how Nova will keep up with the speed of Kansas - stinks that a last minute injury could have such an impact...not to mention it stinks that Nova is clearly a better program than Syracuse since we left the Big East - miss the old Big East days- ahh well...It's not easy to run over Nova. Well coached, tough as nails and don't beat themselves.
That works. I have given a lot to the united way this year. Another option is the SUAD fund?We agreed that I believe no matter who won the United Way? Right?
Wherever I was going to pay if you won.
That is fine and works for me.That works. I have given a lot to the united way this year. Another option is the SUAD fund?

How St. Peter’s beat Purdue was just shocking.
The Kentucky game I understood was a typical upset.
Purdue gagged.
UNC just big boyed St. Peter’s.
That and, as almost always happens, the mojo just ran out for the underdog. Congrats to St. peters for making it further than any other 13 or higher seed has ever made it.How St. Peter’s beat Purdue was just shocking.
