Just a very (unscientific) casual observation.
UVA did not handle Oegon’s full court ball pressure well.
Reduced their motion (and time needed to get into their half court sets). Guy and Jerome didn’t have the space (or quickness) to freelance on the offensive side of the ball.
I give Altman credit. He scouted Bennett’s system and player tendencies well before this game...
Surprised more ACC teams do not try to pressure UVA for 90 ft...
Almost worked for Oregon. Would have if the Ducks could have hit the broad side of a barn down the stretch. And worked (with Malichi’s hot hand) for SU in 16.
