10 days of quarantine would put the end at tomorrow or Wednesday. Theoretically, the team should be able to get a couple of practices in before playing UNC in Saturday. They could even move the game to Sunday if they need to buy an extra day?

I don't think that is nearly enough for UNC. Plus it's on the road so you lose a day for travel too.

You don't lose a whole day. They fly charter so they can get to NC in a couple hours. Plenty of time for a walkthrough and dinner. No waiting in lines at the airport.

Via SU twitter they have been flying in the day before. So you do possibly lose a full practice - walkthrough is not quite the same. Again I don't get why two days and a walkthrough is enough. Are we really jonesing for hoops so bad we would rather get UNC back even if it means we get our ass kicked?

My current employer in NC is requiring 14 days. It's almost a case by case in my industry (manufacturing). It's crazy.

Ny adopted the revised cdc guidance, in part, on 12/26 and now does follow the cdc guidance with respect to the 10 day quarantine period. Notably ny did not adopt the 7 day piece (with testing).
