It would make sense if Lynch goes to QB coach. He's familiar with the system. DB coached RB, DB, and WR before taking over QB for Arizona.

I would be happy with this hire. Really solid experience, particularly over a decade coaching at the Power 5 level so wouldn't need OTJ training. Wonder what kind of recruiting ties he would have in our areas though?

IMO, OL coach is the most important positional coach there is.

This guy appears to be good on paper.
