Assuming that those of us who think this is all lies are right, the more the SPD and DA are attacked by Davis and Co. the better.

hopefully, but i fear the more the SPD and DA are attacked, the more likely the two will point fingers to prevent themselves from looking bad in front of the national media. unfortunately, the pressure might cause one of the two, or both, to take action and make a case on evidence that isn't substantial just to make it look like they did their job.

The problem is...unless Davis and Lang are really dumb (who knows) why would they ever have to come clean? That is the beauty of their stories. The allegations are from so long ago, so vague, with no witnesses that it can never be disproven. They can just keep saying "it happened".

I feel like if a real lawyer could have his way with them, he would have them contradicting themselves all over the place... Colonel Jessep style.

There is some possibility in that. I just think the stories are so vague...it is hard to see where the inconsistency will be.

OK, my take is that back when Davis and Roach were dating, Davis was often in la la land and distant at times. He either didn't really care about her or was into someone else and for years she hasn't been able to get over Bobby Davis and hasn't let go. He was probably her first love and she will do anything for him to this day!

So back in 2002, when he initially started his plan to make some $$$, he realized he needed a witness and told Roach that when they were dating, all the times he was distant and aloof, he was really hurting inside and holding in all of his pent up emotions because he was being molested. After she heard that story, she had to do something for her first love and went to the DA or police...whomever she contacted and to this day she will stand by Bobby Davis and his statements because she loves him!
