Millhouse.

Doesn't. Heh. Part of the theory.
AgreeIf she called SVU at the Onondaga DA's office, it would have been followed up, by Rick or anyone. They are zealots and true believers, which is needed in that department.
Just to be clear, the University hired BSK for their own interests, and not FOR Bernie, right? Dumb question, but I figured I'm entitled to one now and then, and my wife isn't here for me to ask her to guess how many facial hairs I currently have.
i think i see a stupid chick from cny, who reacquaints herself with a former boyfriend, who is now obviously a crack addict drunk...and believes his story that bernie fine molested him for the reason being why he likes crack and lets him back into her pants. then she tells him if he doesnt call the po-po...she will.
but of course, when i drive in utah, i often pull over to the side of the road, call police back in New York and decide to make incriminating accusations against someone who demanded the 5k he loaned me back.

Is it possible that with all these statements by the exgf of no response from officials that the target could be a lawsuit against the City and County, specifically the SPD and DA for not following through on the allegations supposedly "reported" to them in 2002? If so, thankfully the University did their "due diligence" with the four month investigation through their lawyers.
Looks like they added a small section to the article this morning, including an interesting quote from the DA.
After learning of Roach’s claim, Fitzpatrick spoke to someone “very, very close” to Roach who asked her about the phone messages she’d left in 2002. Roach told that person, whom Fitzpatrick would not identify, that she tried twice to reach Trunfio. The first time, Roach didn’t leave her name or phone number or say why she was calling, Fitzpatrick said. The second message she left did not include Fine’s name or anything about sexual abuse, Fitzpatrick said.
Fitzpatrick questioned the motives of Syracuse police including in Roach’s statement information about Trunfio not returning her calls. The issue is irrelevant, Fitzpatrick said.
“I spent my day trying to find out whether or not the allegations are true,” he said. The police department is “apparently spending their time trying to cover their asses.”
The DA is a joke. Fitzpatrick needs to calm down, people dont care that much about you. Dude's ego needs a serious check.
In some respects he is right to be doing what he is doing, but he need not do it so publicly or necessarily now. I firmly believe that if the SPD responded to the allegations by simply saying the SOL has expired there is nothing we are going to do that they fell down on the job and they should get taken to task over it. But, if nothing comes to light to show that Bernie molested kids and more importantly molested additional or other kids since the time that they attempted to report him to the SPD it is a no harm no foul kind of situation that should be dealt with behind the scenes rather than in a fashion that appears solely intended to win political points rather than actually improve the processes within the SPD.
but i don't know any convo i had 9 years ago that i can remember verbatim, no matter what the magnitude.
I can't remember how I kept my own window shades 20 years ago. I can't remember exactly what I said to my girlfriend two days ago. I can't remember who I talked to on the phone last week.
Just one of 100 reasons why I am with you on this. I'm convinced he is 100% lying.
I actually think Roach could be telling the truth, but only because she was also lied to by Davis. That might even be how this started; since she worked for a rape crisis center she took his lies very seriously and dragged him into it. Now there's no turning back. The fact that Lang just appears, says "Bernie touched me too", then disappears is suspicious as well... since it wasn't until after the initial investigation that Davis learned he needed a 2nd victim to really get the ball rolling.
I think the #1 advantage that Bernie, SU, the SPD and the DA have here is that because the SOL has run out Davis isn't hiring a lawyer... and now he is making all the mistakes a lawyer would keep him from making.
