Hughes prevented us from being complete garbage.

Woo hoo to citing people on being wrong him. I was wrong on Hughes thank goodness I was or we have been under .500.

He wasn’t a transformative player that made us a contender.
He was a kid who worked his butt off and covered holes so we didn’t completely suck.

The frustration around the program is we are irrelevant in the regular season. We have 3 NCAAT runs as double digit seeds. Those are great but they don’t lead to winning it all or competing for a NC.

Winning NCAAT games is great how about a drama free regular season we can actually enjoy and compete for a conference title and make a run as a high seed.

You do a great job at smacking fans who are frustrated down. We aren’t Villanova or Duke fans. If we aren’t a big dog anymore then fine stop pretending we are.

Elijah Hughes had a transfer season he could get acclimated to our program. The take by Phat is completely fair.
I like Swider and he has shown he can score.
Torrence is a question mark and is being tasked with being a role player which is exactly what he said.

Jimmy Jr. sat at home last year and didn’t practice with any team. He worked himself out. His numbers don’t scream anything more than a role player. People don’t have to just automatically assume everything is awesome. He is a role player.

Also because Houston told me I was making him an enemy which charged me up. When all I did in response to him and give a counter but that makes me a hater.
Some in the fanbase want to make JB bigger than the program. I won’t do that.

Not to be the when shots are falling guy but ya. When the 3s go down we will be able to beat anyone and when we don't it will be ugly. Not much athleticism or guys who.can get to the basket. I'd like to add another player whether it's Q or a transfer.

His point and it’s a good one is we aren’t going to be playing a defense and low scoring game.
JB has smartly realized that being offense first is the way to be in college hoops.

Once we get to the tournament and teams haven’t seen our zone being an offense first team works.
It’s just teams that will be familiar with our zone in conference play will make the season up and down.

I like being offense first. I just want to be a conference contender and be playing for seed in February and not only the bubble.

This ^^. I just don't understand why people are being so down on next year already. It's kinda crazy. Why don't we see how things look once the team comes back from summer and are playing. Really there's not enough information to even make an educated guess right now because allot can change between now and next season. Most players practice their craft and actually get better. Maybe others get added...maybe not. Who knows is the point. No need to be down on them now.
