jalen hurts is 26 with a Super Bowl ring . kyle mccord is 22.

My guess is that he was someone they liked. Maybe wasn’t one of their top priorities this draft to get a QB, but the others waited too long and the Eagles are too competent to not take McCord with him still on the board in the 6th round.

I have always thought because of our Donovan connection, they always kept an eye on us.

he seems more nick foles or carson wentz type. and they moved those guys. they likely drafted him as a scout team pocket qb for their defense to prep on . still good for him. NFL. dream come true
