No those stadiums don't have the real time replay wiring setup with New York.

The game would have to be played in an NFL stadium.

The Fins are losing a game to London. So the owner didn't want to lose 2 home games.

That is why the Fins-Bucs game is week 11 now.

Tampa wanted the game in Charlotte/Atlanta/Jacksonville.

I don't think they wanted to push the date up because they wanted people evacuating Florida; not sticking around until the last minute to see the football game.

But it seems like they could have moved it to another stadium relatively easily if they wanted to.

I'll make a prediction that by the end of the year it will be clear that Carson Wentz is the best QB in the NFC East and one of the better QBs in the NFL. Problem will be that the Eagle defense (particularly the secondary) is not as good as NYG's so they probably will be on the outside looking in come playoff time.
