He has absolutely zero game feel. It shows with his subbing, his lineups and his lack of timeouts. I am actually kinda of shocked how unprepared he seems

All the problems of the late Boeheim era persisting, arguably getting worse. Autry is getting this year and next no matter what, but this team better be unrecognizable by March of 2026, or he is getting fired into the sun. Just awful.

Taylor has to realize and can’t switch off with some of these guys. Wing to wing maybe, but not with a big. We got burned several times today. I actually thought our effort was better on defense today, but our communication is still bad. Offensively, I’m not sure what we’re trying to accomplish. I know they want to play five out, but this team doesn’t have the players to play it.

I dread bringing back Red for another year next year based on the good recruiting class… I actually don’t think it’ll matter. To me, it’s more than individually talented players or even X & O’s (though they need improvement). There needs to be a massive culture change, the feel/texture of the program is just horrible right now, even the types of players that are being brought in or held on to.

Bringing in Fran for football is a great example of this. High energy, new language, excitement, perspective, etc. He & his coaching staff weren’t perfect, but man it felt TOTALLY different than the Dino years. We need that massively for basketball.

Moore is not ready to start. He had a twenty second flurry late, but did nothing the rest of the time he played. Had a wide open three to end the half and over shot the rim by five feet.

We are paying a coach a lot of money to make sure Taylor realizes when to switch.

He had plenty of touches today. He needs to do things to make his teammates better. Name one time today when he did something to get a teammate a basket or even a look?

I’m still waiting! Not one time.

True. 6 assists, 4-7 from the field. He is not a great PG but he is the best we have, unfortunately.

He’s completely fine agains this level of competition. It’s just that he suffers a logarithmic loss of effectiveness against actual good players
