Official Boneyard Unintentional Hilarity Thread.

I am so happy to be getting out of this league in 11 months. Look at their OOC schedule with last year's NET:

VMI 306
Navy 281
App State 215
Liberty 53
Evansville 210
George Washington or UMKC 285 or 232
Liberty, Milwaukee, Morgan State or Rice 53, 299, 332, 217
JMU 254
Coppin State 342
Campbell 213
UMES 352
Charlotte 266
Eastern Kentucky 256

While we are at it look at Tulane:

SE Louisiana 249
Jackson State 328
Northwestern State 334
Myrtle Beach (Miss. St.) 21
Myrtle Beach (Nova or MTSU) 28 or 248
Myrtle Beach (Utah, CCU, Ohio, Baylor) 97, 153, 177, 34
Southern 340
at Southern Miss 102
Jerry Coangelo Classic (Saint Louis) 107
Alcorn State 347
Clash at the Capitol (Akron) 119
Clash at the Capitol (Liberty or Towson) 53 or 261

American fans can talk all about Memphis, Cincinnati, Houston with an improved Temple. But until the bottom of the league makes it self even borderline respectable when it comes to scheduling OOC the league and the perception of the league will continue to struggle.

LOL you went 6-12 in the AAC dude.

Not a fair comment HOF. Did you forget they went a much stellar 7-11 the year before that, and even dominated the AAC in 2016/17 season at 9-9.

It definitely says something that I’m shocked they made it to 500 in 2017.

The irony of SD Husky's point on Non Conference SOS. He must not have looked at the NC SOS (based on NET) last year. UConn was 11th out of 12.

What a stupid simpleton.

Wichita St 37
Houston 67
Memphis 70
UCF 79
Tulane 155
Cincy 165
temple 189
USF 226
SMU 228
Tulsa 229
Uconn 248
East Carolina 347

That really isn't fair. To stupid simpleton's.

UConn is going against UK for a big man recruit. Apparently the UK board had some choice words about UConns relevancy and threw boneyard into a tizzy .

If literally no one else thinks you’re relevant except you, wouldn’t logic dictate that you’re not relevant at all?

Hey man they "feel good" about THIS one though!

I really don’t know how any rational person can believe that Uconn didn’t turn Ollie’s firing into a total shtshow.
Right. Give him a couple bucks to go away

Right. Give him a couple bucks to go away

They simply need to pay him the money that both parties agreed to when the contract was signed.

They tried to weasel out of it because his teams were starting to suck. An alum who represented the University with class while sticking around in the NBA way longer than anyone expected him to, and then came back and coached them to a national title.

And as soon as his teams aren’t delivering the goods, while playing in a crappy league and getting horrific bandwagon fan support, the school turns on him, and hangs him out to dry with “sanctions” so they can avoid paying him. No integrity or loyalty from UConn, whatsoever.

So I was bored last night at work and ventured into the boneyards for laughs. The best joke is that people believe that the ACCN will fail without Yukon and their unparalleled access to NYC. A great laugh was had at that

after reading some of this I went on their board today. Some guy writes that they are trending up and we are trending down? How in the world do they figure that? They have had back to back losing seasons.
Well, they are back in the
