Because this time I really do. I was worried a little about Cinci, but thought we'd bounce back. As a matter of fact, El Jefe can attest that game went pretty much as I thought it would in the second half.

But I am worried about WVU. Not really the matchups or anything, just that we have owned them in hoops for so long, I figure that they are way overdue. I mean we have to be like 10 of the last 11 at least right? Huggy beat us in Morgantown his first season and that is the only loss to West Virginia I can remember.

My gut is often wrong, and maybe I am a bit of a chicken little right now, but I kind of expect that we lose a close game as Truck Bryant drops 25 ft' 3's with 1 on the shot clock, Krochlich has 12 rebs and shoves BMK/XMas around and drops like 6 ridiculous old man hook shots, and Kevin Jones goes for 29.

Please guys make my gut into a liar.

I thin we'll be ok too. But I thought I remember us losing to WV at the BE tourney a few years ago. I cant wait. This is the first game of the season that I have been able to attend.

I have to admit, I'm not even remotely nervous, even without Fab. Of course we can lose if we throw out a Notre Dame performance, but if we put forth a decent performance, we will take care of business.

Strategy for these games is easy. Jones will get his points, perhaps even 40, but shut everybody else down! WVU may score 70 pts and Jones will get over half. Shut everybody else down.

This is another game where the opponent has two quality big men. This is going to be a big test for CJ and Rak. Are we going to be able to limit Kilicli and Bryant? How will we approach Kevin Jones? Will we be able to generate turnovers to help us on the offensive end?
