Robert Nkemdiche visited NYC recently (and a side trip to Brooklyn). Can't believe that friendship would/will override years of friendship with Gus Edwards and rest of SU-NYC guys.

That's the kid. After he congratulated him for committing to Clemson EO hit twitter up wondering why Clemson hasn't offered him. He then said that he loves Clemson.

Also Robert Nkemdiche brother is the one at Ole Miss (thus the brief talk of Ole Miss with EO). The Nkemdiche's are Nigerian (their parent's are from there) and I believe Ebenezer is also of Nigerian descent.

I think you are correct as I recall a tweet where EO said to one of the Nkemdiches something like the best DEs were Nigerian.

It seems obvious to me that he just likes the attention he's getting. If he had committed on Tuesday he wouldn't be in the limelight any more. Who knows where he's going to end up. Seems he's very easily influenced. Changes his mind more then any recruit I've ever heard of

Well, if that is the info you received, and now Clemson in the picture, I do not see how the delay will be a good thing.

Honestly, if you're not from the Southeast, why would anyone pick Clemson? There are lots of schools I could understand...Florida, FSU, Miami, even Virginia, or Tennessee. But Clemson? I don't get the appeal.

And if he wanted to go with a southern school why the heck would he have no interest in Alabama?
