It's "THE U" for Miami.

It's "THEE Ohio St University" for OSU.

They're confused, unsurprisingly.
Add a "C" and move the "T" and you've got CHEET. That works.

In related news, they are also trying to trademark “scandal”, “tattoo”, “pretentious” and “Urban Meyer”

Ohio State has previously trademarked the names and likenesses of football coaches Woody Hayes and Urban Meyer

Whew. I was nervous for a minute. I was about to apply for a trademark for 'them'. Nobody's done that yet, right?

I can't imagine that this would be approved. I thought you couldn't trademark every day words.

As a follow up - I think I'd enjoy beating them the most of any team in CFB. Even more than Bama or ND.

From this moment on we shall call it A LOUD HOUSE, with our lovable mascot, Otto an Orange. We will sing A National Anthem before every game in A Carrier Dome.

In response, A Syracuse University should trademark all nouns, University, and the letter A.

We should trademark Orange. And not just the word but the fruit too.
Then no one in America can say or eat an orange without express written consent.
You sir...are brilliant. Well played.
