As a Redshirt Sophomore in 2024:

• Started seven games at left tackle
• Blocked for the #3 passing offense in the Big Ten (275.7 ypg)
• Started at left tackle vs. UConn (8/31), helped the Terps rack up 248 yards on the ground--the most since 2020

Holy crap! How did I not really pay attention to bringing Josh Gattis aboard? OC at Michigan, Miami and then Maryland just last year. What an addition as coaching specialist. Love that. Impressive.

This one won't come as much of a surprise, but offensive tackle Andre Roye officially entered his name into the transfer portal on Thursday. At 6-6, 295-pounds, Roye was Maryland's starting left tackle during the 2024 season. But back in February, it was reported that Roye had left the program.

For this program, yep. I think part of ECruz’s issue was weight. Unless this kid is an of the chart skilled OT, not sure how he fits in.
