Scout just updated their Syracuse recruiting board with levels of how close athletes are to committing - McAllister doesn't even have Shy listed on the recruiting board. I see someone asked a question about Shy over on the board, but he ignored it...

You know the funny thing is he talks to shy daily and we told him the other day he would most likely commit the 21 st. But as usual kids from mass are largely ignored by all the sites

Moving up to Mass within a few weeks. Might have to check out one of Shy's games when the season rolls around.

He absolutely reads the board. You can tell he's got some pride though. Whenever something happens, he usually breaks it on twitter as "As our subscribers have known first..."

Good for him for trying to drub up subscribers. I give him made props though. He was able to take a gig he was doing for fun and turn it into a full time job. A lot of people would kill for a situation like that. I don't think I'll be subscribing once my year subscription runs out. The conversation on the forums are unbearable to participate in. I tried to have a discussion on Defensive Linemen playing gap control and thought my head was going to explode.

I haven't been a subscriber there since this site started up in 2011 so I'm not sure what his articles contain anymore. I liked his work when I was over there but confused as to why, a recruit he has direct contact with, isn't updated more frequently.
