Uniforms and NYC, in no particular order, the two things that weaken this board the most. And I just went ahead and mentioned both in one post.
At this point I'd even rather read about how we need to fire the staff because we lost to #8 Notre Dame by 2 TDs.

Soccer? The sport with the most preposterous off sides rule possible. Stupid socialist sport.Disgruntled "old people" are the ones who stop buying tickets, giving donations, etc. Those are the things that get AD's canned and greatly impact the forward momentum of programs.
I know it's silly to think uniforms would cause this, but a continued lack of understanding of the importance of maintaining some tradition can be pretty costly. People will only put up with so much before they find a better way to spend their money.
If you want to look at a program that seems to "get it", take a look at the SU Men's Soccer team. Great use of social media, responded to fan's requests to make uniforms available, working hard to get students to show up at games, and as a result they are generating record attendance. I know the games are free, but getting students to go on a Saturday night shows they are doing something right. Right after the games, they are sending out updates to thank all the fans who came out. I'd bet that any recruits they had last weekend when they beat the #2 team in the country probably left impressed.
Lots of opinion listed as fact. Whatever.
Still hoping for Orange Uni. Guess old people gonna hate no matter what .
how about something traditional FOR A CHANGE.if they wear the traditional unis, they will get a standing o from the crowd
