Wow…what a collapse.
They were the two leading companies providing management and administrative services for NIL collectives. Unfortunately no other options for grass roots level support that I know of. With the NIL Go requirements no one will take this on individually as we did from the start. That leaves the revenue sharing under House which is capped and corporate NIL deals or those orchestrated by major donors like SU Football NIL. Unfortunately those arrangements in many cases are transitory and can disappear without warning. Very challenging times for a relatively small private school, especially in sports other than football.

SCORE or SAFE act would provide some protection, SAFE act actually includes a provision for broader sharing of media rights revenue beyond the individual conference, but outlook for their passage seems bleak.
