his HS recruiting profile / evals noted he had a "mean streak" lol i imagine he's very likely going to start or challenge for immediate playing time if he was on the two deep at SC.

"It didn't appear as if Pringle was really in the mix to even crack the two-deep for the Gamecocks. So, his intentions to transfer don't come as much of a surprise."

Note that South Carolina has recruited really well the past few years. Pringle is only a redshirt freshman, so despite him not being in their two deep, he still is likely a very solid get.

Actually insane that we landed him. Look at his offer list out of HS, which was ONE year ago. This is not a kid that failed at SC, he redshirted and still has 4 years left.

Would be surprised if he's not starting this fall.

Think going this route of looking for a resurgence in younger talented player is my preferred route. Especially when there is no pressure for him to start right away. If he does win the job, means he’s almost reaching up to it.

It’s amazing how after the transfers commit, all the reviews pour cold water on them.

This went for Kyle last year (not even top 10 transfer QB if memory serves), Lewis from ND, Washington from Colorado, Angeli this year once we beat out UT, and the list goes on.

Must not be that great if they’re coming to Cuse.

Something tells me we’ll have the last laugh as long as Fran is here.

Yes they finish out the last couple weeks at their school.

Mack [physically] is like a poor man's Bergeron -- same type of build, despite being north of 300 pounds. Carries it like he weighs 250.
