I suspect there's a rule about transferring within the conference. Has there ever been a transfer from one Big East school to another?

I believe you have to sit out two years for an in-conference transfer . . . however, after one year, SU will be in the ACC, so we could take any BE transfer who wants to head south with us

I hope this isn't a little foreshadowing about what could happen if we end up missing the Tourney because of this ridiculous APR. Imagine being banned from the 2014 Tourney and losing senior CJ Fair and juniors MCW and Xmas because they don't want to play for a school that isn't allowed to play in the Tourney? Eeesh, that's a nightmare right there.

They have a SG who's a top 60 player; but after the APR/Calhoun stuff he hasn't promised taht he's still going there.

Omar Calhoun has signed a letter of intent and has actually given every indication he will come to UConn. His father was a bit less sure on the matter. UConn might let him out of his LOI (Herbst has said she would let any of the kids out who want out), but he really doesn't have a choice (if UConn doesn't) unless he wants to sit a year anyway.
