I once saw her standing alone at Mully's on Walton around 1999. She was hot as hell, and dressed in simple blue jeans and black leather. I didn't bother talking to her, because her music sucks. I wasn't in a pander-to-celebrity mood.
I used to do that a lot - run into (at least local) celebrities in bars that absolutely nobody else would approach for some reason. Billy Owens at the Electric Company at Western Lights. Ryan Blackwell at Hooligans on Thursday nights (3,000 people usually showed up). Ryan was really nice to talk to. Way smarter than the usual losers on syracuse.com like to pretend.
