It’s just ranked by standings. Rutgers finished 4th in their division last year. The teams below them finished lower than that in their respective divisions those seasons

yes, I have always found him to be arrogant and off-putting, no matter what ends up happening with Dino I am glad we never hired this guy, and he would have bolted for Nebraska after two years here no matter how things went
