You want him talking about the type of injuries 18-23 year old kids suffer? I know as a parent I would be pissed off. He answered all of the other questions. He wanted to focus on the accomplishment these kids made today by going 3-0. I was happy to hear Ithaca won!

This is national football with millions interested in the sport, people are generally interested in hearing about injuries to their team. Notre Dame came out pretty quick with their injury prognosis, why don't we do the same?

What this has to do with class is what confuses me. I'm sorry, they're going to school for free, they're having an opportunity to show pro scouts what they have and the school makes millions and millions from the fans, sorry, we have a right to know.

Thanks for the tip to join the swim team. We are not ND, thank God and everything Holy. I played football up through D2, yeah sorry not P5 D1 big boys. During my years of playing not once did any of my coaches think about being specific about an injury. You are classless in the way you act on this board. You have no right to tell me to go join the swim team or my childern. My opinion is if a coach would issue a statement about my child's injury I would be pissed. Clearly I should have them join the swim team and I should be on it with them, correct?

Eh, he was a little over the top with the 3-0 stuff, but then again, so was I after the game. He was fired up and excited. No problem with that. I also think there was procedural / policy reason for not saying the word "concussion" in the presser. Once you say that publicly, you're probably bound by your concussion policy. The diagnosis might be different.
