What! You mean Phil Jackson isn't the reason why Chicago won so many titles? Or, the Lakers?

Obviously the players were the biggest reason. I agree in general coaches are overrated, but I think the really good ones (Jackson included) do make a difference. I don't think Cal is one of those guys, at the NBA level.
