I dont have twitter, but I creeped on Stewart's page the other night. He had a bunch of basketball/NBA stuff retweeted recently. No retweets of anything regarding any other school in a while. Just the Girard tweet after duke game, a CNY article about local kids, and his commitment announcement. Just had a funny feeling.

The last point of my tantrum, is National exposure. I lived in San Jose 30 years and the local bars would start to fill at 10 am and we watched games all day and concluded the east coast games by 9 pm. Yes, I would hope so.

Plus, he’s already been away from home at school for the past 1.5 years, and will have another decade + (if he’s lucky & good) away from home playing Pro ball.

He may not get to be this near home & able to play in front of family & friends ever again.

That he’s also buddies (pun intended) with several current players can’t hurt either.
