My guess unless he has a shot at starting, he won't end up here. A lot of these guys don't want to come off the bench.Any updates here?

He’s not a center so with adding Betsey don’t see how there is any relevance here.
Yeah, this ship seems to have sailed. Nice player, but he would have been 1st 4/5 off the bench for us. He aspires to more after having done that already at USC.
Musselman did play him at center last year for USC, even against 7ft opposing centers, so he definitely can play center and provide relevance/value/needed strength to this roster.
If he committed it seems he would be starter or at least get starter type minutes, with Souare being the one losing most time. It's been silent for a while so perhaps you are right there is no longer contact/interest but still holding out hope we might get some good news soon as it relates to his new destination.
We don't need someone who is going to slow down the offensive tempo.Yes, he's got enough lower (and upper) body strength to keep bigger guys from overpowering him down low. That's what I really like about him - a PF who actual can defend a P5 guy in the post.
But, if he's a starter, who sits?
Kyle, the actual center?
Donnie, who we just paid the most money to, and has the biggest upside?
Kingz, who is the best outside shooter?
He's not a guard, so forget JJ and Ga Tech.

Our best teams were always able to run, and score quickly.
Ok I'll try my best to guess/project, given I have no inside info. If Agee become starting Center 20-25 minutes, Kyle becomes backup Center minutes don't go down too much from perhaps 20-25 to 15-20, maybe 5 of those coming at PF. Souare, losses the most minutes going from Backup Center to 3rd string(5-10 minutes depending on play).Yes, he's got enough lower (and upper) body strength to keep bigger guys from overpowering him down low. PG
Nait George - 33 minutes
Luke Fennell - 7 minutes
SG
JJ Starling - 28-30 minutes
Kiyan Anthony - 10-12 minutes
SF
Nate Kingz - 20-25 minutes
Tyler Betsey - 5-10 minutes
PF
Donnie Freeman - 30 minutes
Sadiq White - 10 minutes
C
Rashaun Agee - 25 minutes
William Kyle - 18 minutes
Ibrahim Souare - 7 minutes
Bryce Zephir-strickly bench unless injuries/poor play from others
Aaron Womack-strictly bench unless injuries/poor play from others
Minutes add up to 200. I realize minutes at center = 50 and sf = 30, so perhaps some of Donnie or Agee minutes (around 10 minutes or 5 a piece) would have to be at SF.
My best guess but I'm sure coaches could also find other ways to do it based on who is playing well.

I'm telling y'all right now, Kiyan needs to play more than 15 minutes a game. Way too talented offensively and more upside than Starling.
Agee not comin
Kinda concerning, if we are afraid/unwilling/unable to ‘recruit over’ a #285 portal transfer. I hope it’s because Kline sees a superstar emerging.I agree. If Red were willing to move Kyle aside, and had the money, he would have done it by now.
Possibly true but I believe Agee had some eligibility issues until a NJ court case ruling on junior college transfers and 5 year windows about ten days ago. I also wouldn't consider it pushing Kyle aside as much as pushing Souare aside to develop more. Plus, they are trying to find the absolute right last puzzle piece to tie everything together and Agee also could be weighing staying at USC or transfering elsewhere on his end.I agree. If Red were willing to move Kyle aside, and had the money, he would have done it by now.
I agee. Pobably not happening fo Syacuse.Agee not comin
If you’re going to play Kris Joseph at center, it definitely helps if all the other team’s centers are already fouled out.We need 1 more decent Big who can board, defend and block a shot. Then we will be complete. Two actual centers and 4/5 is a sweet place to be. But what do I know, JAB won the 6OT game playing Kris Joseph freshman year and skinny as all get out at the 5. It can and has been done!
It was awesome! Truly the guttiest win of the Boeheom era and I saw them all. (Even the ones they stole from him). Winning in si gle OT the next night was nuts. We had nothing in the tank for the final but I was already spent. I guess you had to be 18 to 22 to actually play through those games. Pandemonium! If you’re going to play Kris Joseph at center, it definitely helps if all the other team’s centers are already fouled out.
Everybody taller than 6’7 on both teams had fouled out. It was like a couple of low major teams running skinny forwards out there at center by the end.
We have four guys who can play both the four or five not even counting Betsy who can also play the four. We don’t need another center. We have twelve roster spots and they all want to play. Good luck finding enough court time for what we already have.
Not sleeping on him, I just want a competent caddyAgee is not a center whatsoever. He’s 6’7” and averaged 4 rpg.
Lots of fans here sleeping on Kyle. He was a four star highly sought after player into the portal last season. He barely played because Cronin hates centers.
