Well, Carrigan is the better player. With Red recruiting Roberts, that's another reason Roberts is a better bet for us.

What's the mystery about Carrigan? He's a 3-star, talented S-Blokcer but a little undersized for ACC-center. And his offer sheet has us, Miami and a couple of lesser programs (UConn, Clemson, etc..). Unless he's being courted by a bunch of selector schools that I don't know about? On paper we should be in good shape.

I guess you didn't get the risky bet part. He is a good player. I will leave it at that.
