The NCAA’s reply would be, hey we agree, we used to keep that in check until Georgia and Oklahoma took it to the Supreme Court and blew it up for everyone.

I read one reason they said no is because it offered a competitive recruiting advantage to Colorado over other teams who had already set their spring practice schedules. Didn’t WE already set our spring practice schedule!?

Right, sue them to delay, then sue them to reverse the punishment, then sue them for anti trust, then find five more lawsuits to throw at them. UNC and their “fake classes just for athletes” protocol sets the standard for holding off the NCAA for deserved punishment.

The real problem was asking permission in the first place, and not just doing it.
