Seems like people here are going to miss the troughs more than this year's team.
This year's team could miss the troughs from point blank range.

He’s the one guy who looks like he knows how to play M2M.I have this feeling that things will suddenly click with Petar and we will love him the way we did with Marek.
I seem to have avoided the worst of it here in the city. Never lost electricity or anything. Just a couple miles away folks were without power for a couple days. Feeling thankfulAre you in Seattle? Did you get cyclone bombed?
That makes two of youWe are likely missing the tournament again unless we miraculously win out in the OOC. Disappointing. Red needs to figure out a consistent strategy. I have zero idea what he’s doing with his substitution patterns.
It was interesting to hear the p-b-p guy wax poetic about how expects big things from TT this year. TT and Texas look like middle of the road teams at best in the B12. One good thing is we shouldn't have to listen to Jay Wiliams too many more times this season. He is brutal. Will need quite the miracle to make the NCAAs now. That wasn't a very good TT team. We would have to finish in the top 5 of the ACC to sniff the tournament this year. I just dont see that happening with what we got. Its sad but this is just where the program is these days, irrelevant.
Most people will pretend like he needs three years even though we all know he isn't itDo we keep Red if we don’t make the tourney? Does his recruiting class save him?
This is just so disappointing right now.

. I’d play Petar over Freeman every day of the week. The only thing Freeman does is defensive rebound.
We haven’t had a point guard since Ennis. It’s hard to believe we can’t find someone who can play point. We really missed on the PG spot.
Simple question, who constructed the team?People need to stop the Red can’t coach stuff. He’s searching for players who can step up and play. I’d play Petar over Freeman every day of the week. The only thing Freeman does is defensive rebound. He’s terrible on defense, can’t shoot, can’t pass and walks all over the court. You never see him battling on the offensive boards. He’s as soft as charmin. Anyone who thinks he should be a lottery pick won’t have a job long. He brings very little to the game. I thought he would bring a lot more to the table, but he’s been very disappointing. I don’t trust his shot selection or effort. He and Lampkin just can’t defend anyone. The best thing about these two games is we battled and were in both games. Last year at Maui we were totally outclassed. We also proved we can make free throws, so that’s encouraging. After five games it’s still not clear who should be staring. If Chance has his old skills, we will finally have someone who can attack off the dribble and make plays for his teammates. He could also defend. You can’t give up on anyone at this point until someone proves they are better than someone else. People talk about our defense, but our offense is going to be our biggest problem. Who scores on a consistent basis? Despite the two losses, there’s a lot to take from these two games. More positives than negatives.
It seems there might be a reason that JB doesn't have a successful coaching tree.Disappointed. I’m very disappointed. It’s going to be another wasted year.
He needs to get out a little more often if he thinks TT will do much in the B12. They didn't look all that hot against SJU either. The PnP guy is a Syracuse grad. Who called Syracuse Chiefs games for like 8 years or something
I got to thinking we would have won the last two with Judah. We haven’t had a point guard since Ennis. It’s hard to believe we can’t find someone who can play point.
You can't overstate the dumpster fire his predecessor left him.Simple question, who constructed the team?

Just wait, we play Tennessee in two weeks. We’ll get completely run out of the gym in Knoxville. The bar is low when we celebrate not getting run out of the gym like last year
We have a “best PG”?No. His poor coaching had us almost lose to LeMoyne Colgate and Youngstown. Refuses to play the best PG on the team. Wasting a great forward group of Donnie Jayre and Lampkin. I think he's held us back all 5 games.
You absolutely can. This is 2024 where coaches bring in whole new teams in an off season. This is year 2. That’s 2 portal classes and Red’s recruits. Guys, this isn’t 2005 college basketball. If you think JBs last roster has any effect on this years team I don’t really know what to tell you because it’s delusional. You can't overstate the dumpster fire his predecessor left him.
Lol, there’s only 1 player on this roster that was part of the Boeheim era. It’s not a valid excuse. Also, Red was on staff with JB. He’s partly responsible. You can't overstate the dumpster fire his predecessor left him.
