Tuck at 4.3 and close to 30 reps at 225 plus 41 inch vert (if I recall from video) puts him possibly top 3 RBs on the board from a "measurables" standpoint.

Maybe. He interviewed with teams at the combine, it's not like he was not there at all. If his medical reason is legit he won't be penalized at all. Also plenty of players who are not injured bail on certain combine drills and do them at campus. QBs and WRs are a few who do it. If his medical reason was fluff though, that could have a negative impact but I would be surprised if that was the case.

The way Tucker put it in his tweet, it sounded like something other than a typical football injury. Medical exclusion that he hopes to have cleared up sounds like he got flagged by the NFL doctors and is now getting a private second opinion.
