i am biased against edsall. it should be a tossup between him and ash. but i just don't like the guy so Ash it is. but if it weren't for that emotional response to how annoying edsall's face is, i might prefer edsall maybe.

ash or orgeron is a tough call too. i give the edge to ash because he has been around a better offense. orgeron has been around pro style too much. i don't want to give him another chance to run USC's offense

Edsall's best days may behind him, but to say he had mediocre results at his last two stops is absurd.

He took UConn to the Fiesta Bowl before going to Maryland.

UConn played in the Yankee Conference when he took over.

They played Maine, Rhode Island and New Hampshire.

Their football office was a glorified trailer.

From there to the Fiesta Bowl was better than mediocre.
