Realistically how many current players do you think will go to the NBA?

Josh Pace and Craig Forth used to be on mock drafts, too. Those things tend to give reality a pretty wide berth.

Yea but I don't see him going from a future lottery pick by many to not being drafted at all.

Knicks- 6.7 ast nd its a deal

Even though we've gone form 8 to 7 to 6.7, I'll take it.

Lol, hey lines move up and down all the time. It's a deal.

Let's get one thing clear tho, are we counting the whole year or Jus reg season?

I personally don't think we have a lot of NBA talent on this team... which is just fine with me actually. The trick is to put enough guys in the league that other schools can't use it as a negative recruiting ploy... but at the same time you also want to make sure a majority of your core guys are talented enough to make an impact, but not the type of guys that will all jump at the money inside of two years. I think Coach has done a very nice job of doing just that.

I assumed we were talking game 1 (Fordham) to the last game of the season (hopefully in New Orleans on a Monday Night)...

Do you not watch the second round?
please enlighten me?

again I mean guys that were defensive specialists in college, not guys who are drafted to be defensive specialists

hasheem thabeet was not just a defensive specialist at UConn he was the starting center

7' defensive specialists get drafted . . . . . . . well all 7'ers with a pulse get drafted actually.

Well, right now, BMK has a similar offensive skill set, but way, way better defensive numbers, than Vernon Macklin did at this point in his development. He is already a better scorer than Macklin was as a sophomore as well. I say BMK because I think he has the potential to become good enough to get a 2nd round pick, which he most certainly does. And considering the fact that someone was willing to take a flyer on Josh Harrellson, who is far from having even a decent offensive game, yeah, I feel confident BMK could get drafted as a defensive specialist.

This too.

Are we sure we're ready to say that? He was an offensive nothing last year. He has been more impressive this year sure, but I don't know, could he do it against even a halfway decent team?

Also, isn't Keita closer to 6-9 than 7 foot? Or am I wrong about that?

Orangefan is famously known for saying James Southerland reminds him of Larry Bird in some ways.

Again as recent as Robin Lopez.

Bmk is 6'10-6'11

Knicks it's a bet.

Obviously it's early, but I don't think the Lopez-Keita comparison works yet. Lopez is a legit 7 footer, and 250 pounds to boot. And he averaged 10 points per game in about 25 minutes of action his soph year. (Came out as a soph). You really think Keita is ready to average anything like that this year? Agreed Lopez was expected to be more of a defensive contributor than anything else, but he flashed an offensive game Keita hasn't touched yet.
