As much as ppl will say this game sucked, our guys inside were beasts. BMK, Rak. all of them. The ball went in the paint we swarmed them.
And really its been getting there the last couple of games. The interior D did not look like this earlier in the year. Will be interesting seeing Duke running guys along the base line and how well we do vs. that.
This is an example how data lies. 55 rebounds, but 2-3 of those were on one possession involving multiple missed dunks/chippies/whatever. I would gladly trade in 6-8 of those board for 2-3 of those layups to go in.

Interior D and effort on the boards was HUGE tonight. Huge. Offensive rebounds were the key tonight. In a game where many couldn't make anything the second chances allowed Ennis especially to make some plays.

Got to love Jerami Grant.
Hes like I am not really going to come to play today, I am going to shoot 3-8 from the field and 4-9 from the free throw line but still going to rip down a team high 12 boards and score a double double.
