Much thanks again. Won't be able to watch these but hopefully can catch a replay. But that game one, Bryant and Battle against Malachi's team, should be a great watch. And at this point, any Murray game promises excitement. I've said it before about him, I'll say it again. Gamer.

Updates for today. Reports from earlier was that our boy Malachi stepped up big time and made a bunch of clutch plays late against Diallo to get the win. Frankie played in his first game today so it's good to know that whatever setback he had last week wasn't too serious.

I'm noticing that Lydon seems to have a lot of games scoring single digits. I know lots of folks like his game a lot but if he has trouble cracking 10 points against high school competition how is he going to score in the ACC? I'm not bashing the kid, he does other things than score...just a little concerned.

He is averaging around 11ppg and 7rpg during the EYBL, which is actually better than Diagne and Bryant's numbers. He has averaged double digits in points during 2/3 completed sessions so far and the only one that he didn't was because his weekend got cut short due to injury. Having seen him play a few times, I don't think he'll be a guy who is going to put up too many high scoring outputs but he'll be the perfect 3rd option on offense and will always find ways to contribute all around and fill up the stat sheet.

Very nice performances by two future Orangemen.
2015/16 we should not have issues with scoring. Malachi/BJ/Roberson/Howard/Patterson. Combine that with Murray and possibly Battle. My concern would be more about low post scoring, hopefully Roberson is still around, or Lydon or Moose can fill that role or player to be named later. I am sure they will be fine and having to many scorers often does not work just look at the current Detriot Pistons. In these two years my belief is Malachi and BJ will be our bell cows and most of the rest on this list will still be playing important but roles on the team. Assuming when I say this that Roberson at some point has a big year and jets.

Just took a look over at highschoolcube. Richardson's game is now 11:30 might have been bumped up. He's been on a tear lately, so for those of you who haven't seen Malachi in action, now's the time! His team has at least three perimeter scorers so you never know, but my money is on Malachi "The Gifted One". Francis, your nicknames are the best. Always stick.

Malachi was off to a slow start. Tight game, 2 suspect calls and no calls that didn't go his way, missed an open look but just buried a deep three to take the lead. Beautiful shot.
