TD had a bad habit of tossing the ball out of bounds on 4th downs. It happened on more than one occasion.

Rex Culpepper intentionally grounded the ball on 4th down. Tommy Devito has nothing on that!

Clearly, one of the reasons that the NY Giants started him.

Good on him for getting a QB job. That did, however, happen at Syracuse. I’m glad he did better at Illinois.
