After today's game I can't but help feel confident going into our next game. Rak really, really showed me something. Wow!!

all year we have talked about peaking to early or the team regressing. i want fab back ad much as any of you but losing him with rak coming in gives us a chance to roll progress back and build positive momentum as crazy as that sounds. he can be explosive finishing and is learning quickly. the re emergence of james just adds to that.. maybe we can still win this thing? in 03 it got better game by game .. why not now? its just a new (6 game) season

It's a one game season and a two-game tournament. Like Al McGuire said: Survive and advance. We have to look at next week as a mini-tourney. One game at a time.

The team plays like they did the second half today, we have a good of a chance as anyone to win a National Title. I dont expect us to shoot 6 for 9 from three, but its the swagger and style we played with and the fact our good players played like they should.
