looking at the raw numbers after the gtown game if we get 32K for uconn and UL and 24K for USF we will avg 23,490
kentucky is going to be around 23,600.. 18 games * 110 we need to get about 2k more to have a shot..

again .. the school is not really trying hard enough to get people here for the USF game.. $10-15 tickets and they could make up the difference.. get it done..

This is my third trip. Maybe because Syracuse isn't exactly cosmopolitan (similar to Hfd)? And SU fans do not travel in large numbers to Hartford. You may think that, but they don't.

I often see no UConn fans at all at their games at the Dome. SU might only bring 500 to the HCC...I am not sure. There are certainly people in orange there. Maybe the UConn fans that go to the Dome all like to dress in orange.

I was at the UConn game in Hartford last year (the win that snapped the 4 game losing streak after the opening winning streak). There was a lot more Orange there than just 500. I would say 3K to 4K, easily.

I can't make the long trip to the Dome from Dewitt because...wait for it... i have to attend baby classes with the wife for our first child which should be here right around march madness time. ugh

ESPN's coverage just didn't bring that noise across. They've done similar dialing-down of the crowd noise for football games.

Def could notice the crowd noise toned down on the air. That really sucks. Watch the old broadcasts of the 80's games and you can barely here the announcers. Hope CBS doesn't screw it up today, although I'm not holding my breath...

Her first game she saw Hakim throw down a career high against Villanova at the Corestates First Union Wachovia Wells Fargo Center.

My daughter's birthday too. They brought her to us in a candy cane stocking. I cut off the top of our Christmas tree and brought to the hospital for my wife & daughter. I was promptly scolded by the charge nurse on L & D for bringing in a fire hazard. Grinch!
