LOL. I was about the post the same thing.

Right now I'm looking at about a 2'x3' section of the netting from behind the east goal post (which Tomcat and his band of merry men tore down and paraded an upright down Euclid) from the final game at Archbold. Wonder what I could get for a 5" snippet of that?

Selling the nets from a regular season win is such a weak move...but if this is what SU needs to do to make sure the facilities/sports budgets are good to go, then I guess we can expect a lot more.

Do you think they grabbed Sydney O'Hara's glove to sell pieces to commemorate her no-hitter?

I'd imagine that we could completely offset the costs of a new stadium and IPF if we sold off commemorative pieces of the Carrier Dome.
