I have no problem with people disagreeing with my post- none whatsoever. I thought Brandon and scoop killed momentum up 11 in the first half. Would post it again if it happens again. Obviously scoop stepped it up second half. Good for him and us.

We need two chat rooms for the games and I'm not being sarcastic for once. One for those who can explode 2 minutes in and will trash our team , players and coaches at every opportunity. One for fans that stick by their team to see how they play it out.

I do give a what people think about this. Constructive criticism is one thing, the chat room is identical to the syracuse.com forum now. Everyone is a damn genius, is perfect all the time and know more BB than anyone who ever lived. Until 30 seconds after their rant and they are proven wrong again and again and again. Well maybe its the second half or maybe the end of the game. But at 33 and 2 you may possibly, just damn possibly figure JB and the team know what they are doing and they actually give a more than we do.

Triche made some nice passes in the second half run, took it hard to basket throughout the game and played his usual solid defense. JB had some nice things to say about him in the presser, but I suppose you'll say he was just doing so to prop up Triche's fragile ego. Whatever.

Actually, all eight guys contributed. CJ has lost his shot but took it hard to the basket early in the second half, got to the line and helped us get into the bonus with about 14 min left in the game.

Not sure what game you were watching, but the one I saw left me pretty encouraged about everyone going forward.

Took it hard to the basket throughout the game? Really he didnt shoot any ft's. He had a few terrible turnovers that killed momentum especially one late in the game where it got stolen from him just after half court and on a drive where he ran carelessly to the hoop and had no shot then through it out of bounds when the game was within reach.

Did I say he played a perfect game? I was just pointing out that Triche did some positive things out there today. You seem to always want to see only the negative where some guys are concerned, and only the positive for others. But that's par for the course around here -- lots of crusaders with their little agendas.

Dont make generalized statements especially when they are not true. I dont seem to want to make negative comments about anyone i make comments on exactly how he played. You make agendas up in your head. He played like an out of control freshman today and it was hard to watch but that doesnt mean i dislike him it means i expect more out of him and have his back 100 % through moments like today and his better ones. I liked your post trying to let you know I am not trying to be a d*** however Dion, Triche, and Scoop can cover that 40 minute time period. No need to press Mr. High Dribble into the tournament because you feel he needs minutes to grow. This is the tournament not daycare and MCW shouldn't take time from our studs. Play the seniors and hot hands and see what they can do for you. I hate the fact you say "my comments aren't unreasonable" yes they are your feeding the anti scoop trolls. God bless Scoop and Joseph tonight they carried us. Maybe we could have won by 3 points more if MCW got time instead of Triche in the 2nd rotation :bat: . At the end of the day we as a fan base need to man up and support JB and this team if not just rock a MCW jersey and start a chant I guess

I never said play MCW because he needs to grow. I said give him a few minutes because our starting guards were bad in the first half. I'm not proposing wholesale changes to our rotation because of one half of basketball.

I'm not an anti Scoop troll and I'm not turning on the kid in his senior year because he had a bad half. Saying MCW should play a few minutes is not doing that. I understand if you're coming out against the anti scoop trolls, and that's fine. But that's not me.

I do support the team; I live and die with them during these games. But Scoop and Brandon DID play horrible in the first half. Saying that isn't throwing anyone under the bus. And Scoop was outstanding in the second half.

Exactly. We are all SU fans. We are glad Scoop stepped up in the 2nd half. Some of us wanted MCW to get some run. I think Jake knows what he's talking about and he was frustrated with Scoop too. I guess Jake needs to turn in his fan card.:crazy:
