Sean Tucker: Buccaneers

Dino was not-so-cryptically talking about this being Sean's last college year since the season started. If you didn't understand that you kinda weren't paying attention.

He was fun to watch and hopefully he has a great NFL career.

The bowl game is about getting practice time and game reps for guys that'll be here in 2023 anyway.

Good for him and hope he does great things up to his abilities! He does that he will represent himself and SYRACUSE UNIVERSITY PROUDLY
We are not there at the running back position and hopefully Mr. New Jersey Is As good as All his accolades put him at!
Seems like we got a good thing brewing we used to be known way back in the day as like , think of Penn st "RB UNIV." ... That's what I meant by something brewing and I think you can say that with our backfield as well especially this year with those 3 guys that can be something special maybe you can call the Jersey mob coming at you Every week!

RUTGERS WILL LOVE THAT LMAO

There are definitely some takes in this thread, wow.

Good luck, Sean. Happy you’ll be on the sidelines supporting the team for the bowl.

Should be a nice glimpse into what next year can be. Really bullish on Allen.
I'd like to see Price too. I believe he had decent #s at New Mexico St.

Me too. Arizona HS Player of the year. Below is Division 1 highlights-He can play.

Price committed prior to Anae/Beck arrival, no? Maybe, he doesn't have the pass catching skills required for this offense? It looks like catching the ball out of the backfield is an absolute requirement for rbs in their offensive scheme. I'm puzzled by the complete lack of playing time for this kid too. Might be the the reason...

No 5 in PFFs top 10 RBs for 2023 NFL Draft in an article today. Notes he's a N/S runner and projects as a Day 2 pick.

"You won’t find many players as shredded at 205 pounds as Tucker is. He somehow eats arm tackles for breakfast at that size. It may have something to do with the absurd explosiveness in his lower half. Tucker has reportedly run in the low 4.3s, and his standstill burst makes it easy to believe

While Tucker’s size-speed combination may be the most impressive in the draft class, there aren't too many strengths to write home about outside of that. He’s a linear runner who often lacks the creativity to improvise when the point of attack is jammed up. While Tucker has shown he can handle a heavy workload, with 506 touches over the past two seasons, NFL teams are only going to want to feature him on the ground. Tucker has dropped 10 of his 73 catchable passes in his career. That’s untenable to feature in the passing game outside of screens."

Anybody know what Sean Tuckers size and speed is? I know whats listed but is he really 210? I have some GPS data that scouts pull from and if he is really 210 , he might get picked up in mid late 2nd round. the size speed profile would be elite.

I’m sure much of this depends on which team drafts him but what do you guys think the likelihood is of him being a starter, like RB1 or RB2 for his rookie season?

Just wondering how much we’ll see him next season as I’d like to follow him still.

Interesting assessment. PFF says he can’t catch meanwhile every commentator on the planet has him as an Austin Ekeler comp.

I hope he declares. Just don’t enter transfer portal to go to a factory school and work for a sleazy car dealership with an NIL deal.

If he does that (went to Michigan, Alabama, etc.) , it may not end as well for him as he's hoping. He was not as good last year as he was the year before. If he goes to a place full of 4 and 5 star RBs, he may not get the carries he's hoping for. He may not secure "featured back" status.
