Never give up. Local product, always liked us. You can give up most hope when he sighs when interviewed and asked about SU.
But even then, save a little hope!

It's highly unlikely we would get him. It's just too crowded at the SG position. He will have more attractive options where he will be told he can come in and get immediate major PT or start. The staff doesn't see that position as a priority for 2015.
