Are they losing anyone else from that team? As someone who follows SLU, I felt Dayton was overrated this year. A good team? Sure, but not worthy of a #1 seed and not a true championship contender.

I think the chance to play at the highest level, play close to home and against his brother head to head will drive him to Syracuse. Sure hope so.

Would be a huge get. A year to sit out and learn the system and then step in and have loads of room to operate with Buddy and Joe as deep threats. Can essentially play a three guard set. Would set up for a deep run Buddy’s senior season. Need to either develop or recruit a shot blocking big to complete that lineup.

The reason he has to play forward is for defense. Playing the wing isn’t a big deal as long as he learns the system.

Our starting guards aren’t good enough that we can’t upgrade at the position.
