Class of 2017 SG/SF Jordan Tucker (NY / GA) Leaving Duke to Butler

They did...did you watch the games? If not please dont act like you know whay your talking about. The only people who said it was 2/3 full are people on here acting like uga fans.

I watched 5 or 6 Ga Tech home games. The only game that was close to a sellout was the SU game ( and that one was a sellout).

Wait, so you think Tucket is going to commit to SU???
Yes, the source that you guys are making fun of who is deeply involved said if Knox goes to Duke, and MJ takes too long setting up his officials, Tucker goes to SU.

Ummm Migos had the #1 album on iTunes last month, then Future(also Atlanta) did this month. Literally every song in the club being played is an ATL artist. Like it or not, southern trap music is running the game. Not to mention the producers, everyone comes to atlanta to work with Metro Boomin, Zaytoven, etc. It's the place to be if you into that kind of stuff (which Jordan is, just like his father)
So he wants to mumble like Future and 21 Savage? Don't get me wrong, I listen to some of it, but the majority of Atlanta music is trash and not as popular as you think it is outside of the south. "Literally" every song in the club is not southern trap music when other cities like Toronto are around.

Anyway, back to the topic at hand, he'll get more of a chance to connect with Atlanta rappers when Syracuse sends him to the NBA in a year or two than he will playing on WatchESPN in front of 5,000 people at home and then who knows what comes after.

ACC games? I went to almost every game(besides a few due to work) and the whole place was full. It's a nice close to the action arena, it's not that hard to sell out, especially after all our big wins.

To GT fans credit, they made a lot of noise and got into Gillon's head with the airball chants.

Though maybe seeing an actual major league sized crowd got into GT's head when they came to the Dome, lol.

Those little arenas can get loud, but it's nothing like the feel of the big places like the Dome when it gets going.

I'm not trying to start something with you but the school issued a press release thanking the fans for their first ACC sellout of the year when the SU game sold out. It was not a regular occurrence, even in the ACC. Yes, I watched a bunch of your ACC games. The place was pretty full, not packed.

Look, I think Pastner did a great job this year, deserved coach of the year. I love Lammers and was talking him up on this site all year. Pastner energized the fan base but you guys did not sell out that place regularly.

Me either, I root for Syracuse when not playing GT (big CJ Fair fan) and our shared passion for not liking Duke.

I don't know about the #'s bc in the beginning of the year there was about 1,000 people at the games. 15 games later, there would be about 5 seats open in a section. Might not be "sold out" officially but McCamish was full and rocking.

Let's clear this up once and for all...

v. Notre Dame 8600 (Sellout)

Would those be what we in the biz call facts?

And Tucker's dad was the president of some of Puff Daddy's enterprises, including Bad Boy records. Tucker's interests could be very different than the average recruit

Wait a minute.. so if Knox goes to duke he is on the bench coming in spare minutes when he could have started at Missouri or cuse.. what does unc see him playing.. starting or bench role. Wait don't him and porter play the same position...?

This decision should be over once it got to the Russell athletics vs Nike...but in all seriousness I bet that does hurt them in recruiting to a certain extent

Oregon is out of the picture. GT is in a scenario where they will land either Tucker or MJ Walker. If Tucker goes to Syracuse, MJ goes to tech. If MJ commits to FSU, Tucker goes to tech.

Jose Alvarado asks Tucker Everyday to come to Georgia Tech

Meaningless.

Hope you re right. Just that these kids are young and although they are ball players they are still young kids embarking into an unknown new environment and it's nice to have a friend to navigate through it so as not to feel so alone. Additionally, there are some tandems out there that compliment each other's game so well it's hard to split up. Just a personal observation

If that was the case we would have gotten Nerlens Noel. Kids don't usually think this way unless it's also extremely beneficial to them. Tucker to Tech is not beneficial to him unless he's trying to be featured on the next Gucci Mane track as Yung Tuck.

So with Alvarado coming in to run point, Tadric back at 2 and Okogie at 3 what is Tech telling Tucker in terms of how the minutes would be distributed? Don't think he has the body or desire to spend a lot of time at PF.

Good point on Noel. I really thought MCW was gonna sell him on us

Tucker may go to ga tech. I think that is a very real possibility. But it will have nothing to do with what a friend says.

Think it's pretty 50/50 right now.

Would be very nice to land this kid. I won't be heartbroken if we miss out, I find it really encouraging that JB's back on the trail and active. Really makes me believe in the revenge tour.
