Every coach has games like that on their resume. Every. One.

How do you change systems? Slowly or just ripping the bandaid off? I'd rather suck for a couple of years implementing a plan, than have a revolving plan like under SS.

Take our lumps, get better. If it's too slow, we'll know. But I think game 2 of year 2 is junk.
